Jeff Trueman

Managing Member

Twenty years in capital markets, including senior roles at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. As founder of Luminary Capital, has closed over $300M in transactions across private credit and real assets. Holds a master's in behavioral and decision sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, which informs his work integrating machine learning and AI models into underwriting and portfolio management. At CiFi Capital, leads deal structure, capital formation, and investor relations, and owns credit policy.

Andrew Black, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Physician and operator. Trained in medicine in Guadalajara, where CiFi's clinical partnerships are concentrated, and has spent the past eight years leading AliviaMed, a medical device company operating across Mexico. At CiFi Capital, owns provider relationships and introductions, the standards for what counts as an acceptable provider, and clinical credibility with surgeons and hospitals.

JD Wilson

Chief Product Officer

Data engineer at Gong, with prior roles at LeadVenture and Eisengard AI building production ML systems, including a time-series recommendation engine that drove $2M in client revenue. Five years across data engineering, applied machine learning, and platform architecture. At CiFi Capital, owns the systems that move and account for money: the loan ledger, payments in and out, provider disbursement, tax invoicing, collections tooling, and portfolio reporting, along with the decision service that executes credit policy.

Vicente Kripka

Chief Technology Officer

Data scientist with five years across AI and analytics, and a background in international security and economics. At CiFi Capital, owns the foundation the rest of the platform runs on: the data model, authentication and permissions, infrastructure and security, legal-grade document storage, and the privacy program under Mexican data protection law. Also owns the full origination path, from referral through application, identity verification, credit bureau integration, offer, and contract generation.

Commercial & Mexico Operations

Carlos Vázquez

Operating Partner

Mexico-based commercial lead. Background in commercial operations and partnership development across the Mexican healthcare landscape. Manages and increases the surgeon network, and holds day-to-day responsibility for provider relationships, market intelligence, patient acquisition, and collections oversight.
